At our Tinton Falls center you spend most of the day in treatment, then return home or to supportive housing each evening. It gives you the intensity of inpatient care with the freedom to stay connected to family and work toward independence.
Each day blends individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric support, and skills work grounded in CBT and DBT. Your care team meets you where you are, builds a plan around your history, and adjusts it as you stabilize.
