Outpatient Program
Outpatient Addiction Treatment in Tinton Falls, NJ
Outpatient care fits around your real life. Flexible weekly sessions keep clinical support in place while you return to work, school, and family.
What outpatient addiction treatment looks like
Outpatient treatment is the most flexible level of clinical care in the recovery continuum. At Archangel Centers in Tinton Falls, our outpatient program offers weekly individual therapy sessions, group counseling, and ongoing psychiatric oversight for clients who are medically stable and ready to engage in recovery while living fully at home.
For most clients, outpatient is not a starting point. It is the next chapter after completing our intensive outpatient (IOP) or partial care (PHP) programs. That continuity matters. The same clinical team that built your treatment plan in a higher level of care can carry that knowledge into your outpatient work, so nothing important gets lost in the transition.
Recovery does not end when structured treatment does. Long-term sobriety depends on sustained support, accountability, and the ability to keep working through the moments that challenge it. Our outpatient program is built to be that anchor. We serve clients throughout Monmouth County, including Tinton Falls, Red Bank, Asbury Park, Freehold, and the Jersey Shore communities.

Who it is for
Is outpatient treatment the right fit?
Outpatient treatment is the right level of care for clients who are medically stable, have a safe and supportive home environment, and are moving out of a higher level of care. It is also appropriate for clients who experienced a short lapse and want to reinforce their recovery plan before small setbacks grow into larger ones.
If you are in active crisis, experiencing withdrawal symptoms, or living in an environment where using substances is unavoidable, outpatient alone is not enough. Our admissions team will help you find the right level, whether that is outpatient here or a referral to a higher level of care that fits your current situation. We make that assessment honestly, without pressure.
Outpatient treatment at Archangel Centers is also designed for clients managing dual diagnosis conditions. If you are working through depression, anxiety, PTSD, or a trauma-related disorder alongside a substance use disorder, our clinical team integrates both into one treatment plan so nothing is treated in isolation.
